Terms of Service

TukGo is a marketplace connecting travellers with licensed tuk-tuk, chauffeur and transfer partners in Lisbon, Porto and Faro. TukGo is not the transport operator.

You are charged only after a partner accepts your booking. TukGo retains a 15% service commission; the remainder is settled to the partner.

Free cancellation up to 24h before pickup. Within 24h, 50% applies. No-shows are charged in full.

Sharing phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp or any off-platform contact inside in-app chat is automatically blocked and may lead to account suspension. This protects both sides and our insurance coverage.

Partners must hold valid Portuguese licences, insurance and inspection. TukGo verifies documents during onboarding and reserves the right to deactivate non-compliant accounts.

TukGo's liability is limited to the commission charged on the relevant booking, except where Portuguese consumer law provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lisbon.
