TukGo (“we”, “us”) operates the platform available at tuk-go.com, connecting travellers in Portugal with licensed private mobility partners across Lisbon, Porto and Faro.

• Account data: name, email, phone, language.
• Booking data: pickup and drop-off, dates, vehicle type, payment status.
• Device data: IP address, browser, approximate location (only when granted).
• Communications: in-app chat is stored and automatically scanned for forbidden content (phone numbers, emails, off-platform contact attempts).

To deliver and improve the service, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with Portuguese and EU law (GDPR).

We share strictly what is needed with the partner accepting your booking, our payment processor, and authorities when legally required. We never sell personal data.

Access, rectify, export or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@tukgo.pt.

Booking records are kept for 5 years for tax and legal reasons. Chat transcripts are kept for 12 months.
